How do I become a Citi Priority customer?

Are you ready to Fire Up your Fantastic Life? Simply click here to talk to a personal banker. +Requires a minimum of S$50,000 Assets Under Management to qualify as a Citi Priority customer. The monthly Account Service Fee will be waived if you maintain a monthly minimum Total Relationship Balance of S$50,000.


How are my Assets Under Management and Total Relationship Balance calculated?

Assets Under Management refers to the combined balances held in a client's primary accounts including Citibank Checking and Savings account, Time Deposits and Investments. A Citi Priority relationship starts with a minimum Assets Under Management of S$50,000+.
The Total Relationship Balance ('TRB') is defined as the sum of:
(i) the average daily balance of your checking, savings and deposit accounts,
(ii) the average daily value of your investments, and
(iii) all outstanding amount(s) payable on your secured loan accounts as of the date of your last statement.
Citibank's determination of 'TRB' will be conclusive.


When will I get my debit card? Is it ready to use right away?

Your debit card will be mailed to you within 5 working days once your account is opened. Activating your card is easy, you can either:
(i) Log on to Citibank Online or
(ii) Call Card Activation Hotline at 6334 24846334 2484 for Self-Service Phone Banking
(iii) SMS ACT< space >< Last four digits of your card number > to 72484.


How do I set my ATM PIN?

Your ATM PIN is generated automatically by computer and sent to you via mail. You can then change your PIN at any Citibank ATM.


How do I get my chequebook?

Your chequebook will be mailed to you within 5 working days from your date of account opening.


How do I activate my telephone PIN (T-PIN)?

Just call our CitiPhone Hotline to request for a T-PIN and it would be mailed to you within 5 working days. It's just that easy.


How do I deposit money into my account?
To maximize your benefits with Citibank, simply fund your account(s) in any of these 4 simple ways:
  • Log in to Citibank Online to set up a standing instruction to transfer funds to your Citibank account regularly
  • Transfer funds from your local bank accounts using FAST
  • Deposit your cash at any of our Cash Deposit Machines located islandwide
  • Visit any Citibank branch during banking hours to deposit either Cash, Cheques or Cashier's Orders

How do I set up a Citibank Online account?
You can create a User ID and password by clicking here. You will be prompted for the following details:
  • Account Number
  • ATM PIN
  • Debit Card Number
  • Date of Birth
  • One Time Pin (OTP) which will be sent via SMS to your mobile number registered in our records

What are the service fees and charges associated with my Citibank account?

* To be eligible for the fee waiver, Citi Priority clients need to maintain a Citi Priority relationship for at least 3 months with the minimum monthly average Assets Under Management ("AUM") of S$50,000 in their Citi Priority account(s) and a minimum annual Retail Spend of S$18,000 per Credit Card. The fee waiver on the Citibank Credit Card annual subscription fee is applicable to only holders of the Citi PremierMiles Visa Card, Citibank DIVIDEND Card, Citibank SMRT Visa Card and Citi Rewards Card (each, an "Eligible Citibank Credit Card"). Offer is valid at an individual Credit Card level, which means that only individual cards that have accumulated a minimum annual Retail Spend of S$18,000 each will be eligible for the Citibank Credit Card annual subscription fee waiver. Annual Retail Spend will be calculated using the 12-month period prior to the relevant date on which the Citibank Credit Card annual subscription fee is payable, and annual Credit Card spend will be calculated based on the preceding 12 monthly statements.

AUM refers to the combined balances held in a client's primary accounts including Citibank Checking and Savings account, Time Deposits and Investments.

"Retail Spend" refers to retail spend effected on any or all of the Eligible Citibank Credit Card(s) of the main cardholder only, and excludes interest charges, fees, balance transfers, equal payment plans, tax payments, cash advances and Quick Cash transactions that do not constitute retail spend.

A Citi Priority relationship starts with a minimum Assets Under Management ("AUM") of S$70,000. The monthly minimum Total Relationship Balance ("TRB") to be maintained by a customer is S$15,000. An Account Service Fee of S$15 per month will apply if your TRB is less than S$15,000 at the end of each month.

TRB refers to the sum of:
(i) the average daily balance of your checking, savings and deposit accounts,
(ii) the average daily value of your investments, and
(iii) all outstanding amount(s) payable on your secured loan accounts as of the date of your last statement.

Citibank's determination of TRB will be conclusive.

Deposit Insurance Scheme: Singapore dollar deposits of non-bank depositors are insured by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation, for up to S$50,000 in aggregate per depositor per Scheme member by law. Foreign currency deposits, dual currency investments, structured deposits and other investment products are not insured.
